At Home beginner work out:
Basic Kicking - 2 rounds
-Stretch Kick x 5 each leg
-Inside Out Kick x 5 each leg
- Out Side In Kick x 5 each leg
Kicking - 2 rounds
-Round House Kick x 5 each leg
-Front Snap Kick x 5 each leg
-Right Hand x 10
-Left Hand x 10
-Hammer Fist x 10
-Low Block x 3 each hand
-High Block x 3 each hand
-Inside Middle x 3 each hand
-Outside Middle x 3 each hand
-Bouncing in sparring stance 20 secs
-Switching in sparring stance 20 secs
-Forward back in sparring stance 20 secs
Kid Fit Conditioning 20 secs each - 3 rounds
